The Martz Group, a leader in motor coach transportation, is currently accepting applications for Part- Time Motor Coach Operators - Fort Myers, FL. The Martz Group is family owned and operated, and has been in the motor coach industry for over a century.

Our starting rate is $21.50 for entry level experience with an opportunity to start at $25.00 for experienced drivers with at least two (2) years of experience. We also offer a day rate for charters and overnight trips. Must be available to work primarily on weekends.

We are seeking applicants with at least a Class B CDL and Passenger Endorsement., are high performers and looking to join a family owned and operated business. Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualificiations:

21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Read, speak and write English

Certificates, License, Registrations:

Commercial Driver's License Preferred

Air Break and Passenger Endorsement

Department of Transportation Approved Medical Card

Additional Skills:

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively to passengers

Ability to follow route instruction and maps/GPS utilities

Operate cell phone/GPS devise

Trouble shoot minor mechanical problems
