What Youll Do
- Provide postpartum and newborn care on Mother-Baby units
- Support new mothers and families during recovery and early bonding
- Administer IVs and start IVs as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Document medical records accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Float to similar acuity units as needed, providing flexible support
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
What You Need
- Current Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years postpartum nursing experience
- BLS certification and IV certification required
- IV start skills and Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
