    Join a financial services team supporting mortgage insurance operations and lender servicing activities. This team plays a critical role in maintaining accurate mortgage insurance records, processing certificate updates, and ensuring servicing requests are completed correctly and within required timelines.

    The role supports a detail-oriented environment where accuracy, research skills, and independent decision-making are essential. Team members collaborate with lenders, mortgage partners, and internal departments to resolve servicing requests while maintaining compliance with mortgage insurance requirements.

    • Opportunity to gain experience supporting mortgage operations, certificate maintenance, workflow management, and customer servicing.
    • Work schedule may vary based on team coverage needs, with shifts supporting 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern Time coverage.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Process mortgage insurance certificate maintenance requests, including reinstatements, cancellations, and post-close servicing updates.
    • Review loan, servicing, and insurance documentation to validate accuracy before completing transactions.
    • Research account history, system records, and supporting documentation to resolve servicing requests.
    • Maintain accurate certificate information while following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Investigate discrepancies and determine appropriate next steps before escalating issues.
    • Manage assigned workflow queues and prioritize requests based on urgency, customer impact, and required turnaround times.
    • Complete servicing activities within established service-level expectations, generally within a 48–72 hour timeframe.
    • Communicate professionally with mortgage companies, lenders, banks, and internal teams regarding servicing questions and resolutions.
    • Identify situations requiring escalation and provide clear documentation of findings.
    • Support process improvements by identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to leadership.

    Are you an experienced mortgage servicing professional ready to make an impact?

    • Bring experience in mortgage servicing, loan operations, insurance operations, certificate maintenance, title operations, financial services, or another detail-focused transactional environment.
    • Demonstrate strong research skills with the ability to review multiple sources of information before reaching a resolution.
    • Have experience reviewing documents, account records, payment information, or servicing data for accuracy.
    • Understand the importance of compliance, documentation, and precision when processing financial transactions.
    • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine when issues can be resolved independently versus escalated.
    • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with customers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
    • Have experience managing workflow queues while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Possess strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
    • Are flexible to support Eastern Time coverage schedules based on team needs.
    • Mortgage insurance, PMI, loan servicing, foreclosure, escrow, or title experience is highly preferred.
