Mortgage Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

• The Mortgage Sales Manager at SPECTRA CREDIT UNION is responsible for leading and managing the mortgage sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Mortgage Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing the credit union's reputation in the mortgage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective mortgage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the mortgage sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in the mortgage sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related financial services field.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a successful sales team.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with mortgage products, lending regulations, and the credit union industry.
