Vivid Mortgages Inc. is looking for a
proactive, tech-savvy and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our busy mortgage team.
No mortgage experience required — we will train the right person. We are looking for the right personality: a resourceful
go-getter with a roll-up-your-sleeves, all-hands-on-deck attitude who learns technology quickly, takes initiative and follows through. Someone who is good with taking direction well and gets things done.
What You'll Do
- Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
- Order and follow up on employment verifications (VOEs)
- Order and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance
- Handle inbound calls for our Loan Processors
- Assist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
- Retrieve, download, properly name, organize and save loan documents for company recordkeeping and NYS DFS compliance purposes
- Follow up with borrowers, employers and third parties for outstanding items
- Upload and organize documents in our loan systems
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates
- Jump in and help the team wherever operational support is needed
