Mortgage Post Closer

1st Advantage Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a full-time Mortgage Post Closer to support our Mortgage Department. Scheduled hours will be 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Mortgage Post Closer will review closed mortgage, home equity and business loan file documentation within established time frames and in accordance with applicable investor guidelines and government regulations. The role also tracks, obtains and reviews trailing documents to ensure timely receipt. The Mortgage Post closer works with internal staff and third-party vendors to obtain missing documentation, correcting any identified errors, and ensuring the proper stacking order of document for imaging and the scanning of files.

Qualifications:
Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A bachelor''s degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor''s degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

Reaching and Stretching: Reaching and stretching, below the shoulders, to access files, checks, documents, or office equipment on and across shelves, counters, and desks.
