    Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

    Duration: 12 Months Contract (Potential Contract to Hire)

    Location: Richmond, VA - Onsite 5 days a week

    NO C2C, ONLY W2 Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates

    Job Summary:

    Must Haves:- Ideal profile types to look for would be people with loan origination experience, processors and underwriters

    • CANDIDATE HAS TO KNOW MORTGAGE/HAVE MORTGAGE BACKGROUND
    • Need to understand how to calculate dept to income ratio
    • Onsite in Richmond, VA (hours to work are 10-7 with a one hour lunch or 10:30-7 with a 30 minute lunch
    • This is an inbound call center
    • Punctuality is key. Person must arrive 10 minutes early to their start time to get logged in and set up for the day
    • Potential to convert to full time employee but this will be performance based
    • Interview will be one round In-person with the manager.
