As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will guide members through one of the most important financial decisions they may make, while connecting them with mortgage solutions that fit their goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing referral networks and creating a thoughtful lending experience from first conversation through closing.
In this role, you will proactively grow residential mortgage business while serving as a trusted resource for members, referral partners and internal teams. You will balance business development with strong loan guidance, clear communication and a consistent focus on quality, service and compliance.
Day to day, you’ll:
Beyond that, your work will include staying current on lending programs and regulatory requirements, participating in community efforts that promote homeownership and providing timely updates to members and business partners.
We are looking for someone who combines mortgage lending knowledge, relationship-building confidence and a genuine commitment to member service. This role is a strong fit if you are comfortable owning your pipeline, generating self-sourced business and helping people make informed financial decisions.
