We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer who is ready to move beyond the traditional desk-based position and standard compensation structure. This opportunity is designed for an MLO who wants to produce substantial loan volume, build and lead a successful branch, and serve as the trusted lending partner for a premier real estate sales team with a consistent pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities.
The ideal candidate understands that the future of mortgage lending is built on genuine relationships, strong collaboration with real estate professionals, and referral-driven growth—not isolated, one-time transactions.
You will work closely with an established, PLACE-powered real estate team that regularly generates inbound buyer and seller leads and is committed to responsiveness, transparency, and an outstanding client experience. The team is looking for a long-term mortgage partner—not simply another lender on a rotating referral list.
In this role, you won’t be one lender among many—you’ll be the lender.
Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads
Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
