You’ll work closely with an established, PLACE-powered real estate team that:

• Generates a steady flow of inbound buyer and seller leads
• Prioritizes responsiveness, transparency, and an outstanding client experience
• Values a long-term mortgage partnership rather than relying on a rotating group of lenders

You won’t be one lender among many—you’ll be the lender.

Responsibilities

Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed

Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads

Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers

Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod

Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners

Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
