    Summary

    Envoy Mortgage is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead and grow its presence in Scottsdale’s competitive mortgage market.

    Responsibilities

    • Originate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business.
    • Conduct thorough interviews with prospective borrowers to assess their financial situation and determine loan eligibility.
    • Provide expert guidance to clients on loan options, interest rates, and the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
    • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information and advice.
    • Participate in networking events, community activities, and marketing initiatives to promote ROC Real Estate Partners and expand the client base.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
    • NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.
    • Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.
    • Proficient in mortgage software and Google Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
