Position Details
- $18–$20/hour
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Approximately 4 hours per shift
- 28 hours per week
- Consistent, year-round work
- Same location every shift
- Independent work environment

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean lobby and common areas
- Clean stairways and elevators as scheduled
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Maintain gym and shower areas
- Empty trash
- Complete weekly/detail cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical cleaning duties
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
