Position Summary

As a Front of House Team Member and Catering Driver, you are the face of our restaurant both inside the dining room and throughout our community. You''ll provide exceptional hospitality to every guest while ensuring catering orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. This role requires outstanding customer service, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating remarkable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, catering options, and restaurant services.
• Recommend menu items and additional products based on guest needs.
• Accurately take and process orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverages with a focus on quality and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.

Catering Driver Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver catering orders to businesses, schools, and special events.
• Verify order accuracy before departing the restaurant.
• Set up catering orders according to guest expectations when requested.
• Communicate professionally with catering clients during deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and catering supplies.
• Follow all traffic laws and Chick-fil-A delivery standards.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Answer service and product questions to assist current and potential customers.
• Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Record customer information for catering accounts and future orders.
• Update customer account information accurately.
• Maintain organized and confidential customer records.
• Resolve service and product concerns professionally and promptly.
• Listen carefully to customer complaints and clarify concerns.
• Determine the root cause of service issues.
• Provide appropriate solutions that align with company policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for serving others.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record (required for Catering Driver responsibilities).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport catering equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
