More Than Parts Changing—Troubleshoot, Repair, and Keep Production Running.
Are you the maintenance technician who digs into a problem, finds the root cause, and gets equipment back online instead of simply swapping parts? This is your opportunity to put your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to work in a food manufacturing environment where equipment reliability matters.
We’re seeking hands-on technicians who understand mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, PLC diagnostics, hydraulics, and automated production equipment. PLC programming is not required—your ability to diagnose problems, make effective repairs, and minimize downtime is what counts.
With multiple openings available, a growing maintenance team, and opportunities to expand your technical expertise, this is a chance to take the next step in your maintenance career.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to improve reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, sensors, motors, and related components.
Use PLCs to diagnose equipment faults and support troubleshooting; PLC programming is not required.
Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed.
Support the maintenance and reliability of production, processing, and packaging equipment.
Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues quickly.
Follow established safety procedures, food safety standards, and maintenance practices.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and overall plant efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
2+ years of food manufacturing maintenance experience OR 5+ years of maintenance experience in other manufacturing environments.
Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Required experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
Required welding experience.
PLC troubleshooting experience; programming is not required.
Experience working with hydraulics and automated production equipment.
Ability to diagnose equipment problems, determine the appropriate repair, and restore production efficiently.

Boilers and HVAC systems
Clean-in-place (CIP) systems

Ready for a Better Maintenance Opportunity?
If you have the experience to troubleshoot beyond the obvious, the electrical and mechanical skills to solve problems, and the drive to keep production moving, let's connect.
The right technician doesn't just get equipment running again—they figure out why it failed and help prevent the next breakdown.
What would make your next maintenance opportunity better than what you're doing today?
