Qualifications

Requirements for Direct Support Professionals in Residential Programs:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a related field preferred, for more acute programs required
  • Current college students or recent graduates desired
  • Valid non- provisional Driver's License in good standing

Please note: Specific programs may have additional education and experience requirements

Requirements for One to One Education Program Associates, Paraprofessionals:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of direct support experience, preferably in an educational or classroom-based setting; or
  • 30 college credits with six months of related work experience; or
  • A bachelor''s degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Requirements for ABA Direct Support Associates:

  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment with a minimum of 60 credits toward a degree in Special Education Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field

  • Looking to work: 40 hours

  • Tuesday- Saturday, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am

  • Friday-Tuesday, 3pm-11pm

  • Friday - Monday, 9pm-7am

  • Pay Range $22.32 - $22.74/hr plus differential

All Compassionate Team Members Must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
