Molecular Biology Analyst

Experience in the use of basic laboratory techniques, including ELISA, DNA extraction, PCR, Nucleic acid gel electrophoresis, cloning, restriction enzyme digests, transformations, etc. Education: Bachelor's Degree in life science related fields with at least 4 years of lab experience Or, Master's Degree in life science related fields.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Molecular Biology Analyst to join our pharmaceutical client in West Point, PA. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. 

Pay:$52.50 - $60.77/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out standard operating procedures involving basic laboratory techniques, operation of laboratory equipment and record keeping necessary to a research laboratory.
• Responsible for E-notebook records.

Skill set required Molecular biology:

• ELISA
• PCR
• CLONNING

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in life science related fields with at least 4 years of lab experience Or, Master's Degree in life science related fields.

Skills:

• Requires at least 2 year experience in the application of Molecular Biology laboratory techniques in industrial or academic settings.
• Experience in the use of basic laboratory techniques, including ELISA, DNA extraction, PCR, Nucleic acid gel electrophoresis, cloning, restriction enzyme digests, transformations, etc.
