As part of our Business Operations team, you'll help produce high-quality products in a collaborative manufacturing environment while supporting an organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Position Details

Location: Mellenville, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines.
  • Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform material and color changes as needed.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package molded parts.
  • Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders.
  • Monitor inventory and complete production documentation.
  • Ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Support and provide guidance to production staff, as needed.
