Description :

Our client is seeking an experienced Molding Process Technician with hands-on experience in molding operations, process troubleshooting, quality control, and manufacturing process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor mold performance and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap rates, and production inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot molding defects, including flash, short shots, warpage, and dimensional inconsistencies.
• Optimize molding parameters to improve product quality, process consistency, and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve mold reliability and minimize downtime.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding operations, mold setup, or process troubleshooting.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting hydraulic and electric injection molding machines.

Qualification:

• High school diploma or GED required OR An associate degree in Plastics Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Pay Scale: $30-$35/hr on W2 (Negotiable based on experience)
