3rd shift- Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm- 7 am
12 Hour Rotating: 7 am- 7 pm or 7 pm-7 am
Base pay + 15-20% Shift Differential!
Coast Personnel Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Plastic Injection Molding Operators to join a manufacturing team in Turtle Lake, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding equipment, inspecting molded parts for quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate plastic injection molding machines according to established production procedures.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
Accurately complete production logs and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety policies.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Previous manufacturing or plastic injection molding experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
