Position Overview: As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.

Schedule Options: Work 3 Days, Enjoy 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts)

• Front Half Days: Mon 6AM – Mon 6PM, Tues 6AM - Tues 6PM, Wed 6AM – Wed 6PM
• Back Half Days (30 Hours): Thurs 6AM – Thurs 6PM, Fri 6AM – Fri 6PM, Sat 6AM – Sat Noon

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for up to 12 hours daily
