Come join our team at EMUS. We are seeking a Molding Engineer Technician for our company. Under the direction of the maintenance and engineering departments, the Molding Engineer Technician is responsible for leading and implementing various production/engineering projects, creating procedures and one-point manuals, and troubleshooting existing systems, improving current process, providing technical support, and maintaining the manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair molding manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze manufacturing equipment (OEE, FPE calculations) and operations, write summaries to show deviations from standards or to show possible improvement , and capable of recommending and implementing modifications.
• Investigate quality issues and prepare technical reports as required.
• Lead various engine
• Lead improvement projects
• Create procedures and one-point manuals
• Maintain logs and records of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, rebuild, and maintain equipment, circuitry, and computerized systems.
• Read and understand schematics, blueprints, manuals, manufacturers' specifications, and diagrams.
• Train and assist production and maintenance employees regarding work standards and procedures.
• Document repairs and modifications to manufacturing equipment
• Assist in the deployment of new products or processes
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed in the work area
