We have numerous opportunities within our Machining Center in Rockland, MA.
Currently seeking molding machine operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
This position will operate multiple thermo set molding machines and deflashing equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, adjust, and operate multiple molding machines.
Conduct first piece inspection to ensure drawing specifications are met and complete the product attribute sheet.
SPC data inspections.
Must be forklift certified.
Maintain a production log of completed piece parts, separate parts and packages complete for shipping to next phase of operation using fork or pallet truck.
Dispose of scrap material to proper location.
Ensure the highest quality at all times and maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform daily maintenance on equipment.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Perform as operator in other areas as needed.
Qualifications
Level of knowledge usually associated with a High School diploma.
Three (3) months to one (1) year of plastic molding experience.
