Job Title: Mold Validation Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN | Onsite

Job Summary

Seeking a Mold Validation Engineer with strong experience in mold qualification, injection molding trials, process validation, and RJG data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute mold trials including Functional Test, Gate Freeze, D3, and Characterization.
• Collect RJG data and establish validated process windows.
• Prepare and update PODs, FW redlines, and OQ/PQ documentation.
• Define mold validation scope and validation approach.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Tooling teams.
• Review trial results and approve validation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
