TradeWorX is hiring experienced Mold Setters for a growing manufacturing operation in the Akron, Ohio area. We have multiple full-time openings available on 2nd and 3rd shift for candidates with injection molding experience who are ready to start immediately.

Pay & Overtime

• $18.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
• Overtime available as production requires

Schedule

• Full-time
• 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Immediate start available

Job Duties

• Set up and remove molds from injection molding presses.
• Ensure equipment is properly configured according to production schedules.
• Optimize mold setup and machine operation for consistent, quality production.
• Perform machine startups and support processing activities.
• Provide technical support on the manufacturing floor to maintain efficient production.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of injection molding or mold setter experience.
• Experience setting molds in injection molding presses.
• Ability to troubleshoot setup and processing issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
