What You’ll Handle
- Prepare metal workpieces and related components used in molded-part production.
- Accurately create resin batches by following specified formularies.
- Oversee the casting process to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Move, store, and stage raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
- Compile, record, and identify cast parts immediately after manufacturing.
- Maintain a well-organized, compliant, and clean workstation.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines.
- Join training sessions to strengthen your casting skills and knowledge.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing training is a plus.
- Ability to learn basic mix formulations and use industrial scales, mixers, and hand tools.
- Strength and stamina for physical tasks, including bending and lifting 70+ pounds for 75% of your shift.
- Experience in manufacturing or casting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the discipline to follow instructions precisely.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.
