This is an exciting opportunity to influence mission-critical decisions and deliver innovative solutions that directly support national security operations.Your RoleAs a Senior MS&A Engineer, you will lead the development and application of sophisticated modeling and simulation solutions used to analyze NGA architectures, requirements, and system performance. You will work across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments to evaluate alternatives, assess emerging capabilities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve mission effectiveness. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and serve as a trusted technical advisor on complex GEOINT-focused initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and application of complex models, simulations, tools, and algorithms to identify trends and patterns within large-scale data environments.Analyze and model NGA architectures, systems, requirements, and performance to support current and future GEOINT capabilities.Develop and evaluate analysis of alternatives (AoA), performance trades, and design trade studies to inform technology and mission decisions.Create models supporting the assessment and deployment of new capabilities within NSG architectures and cloud-based environments.Provide technical recommendations based on simulation and analytical results to improve mission performance.Assess solutions operating across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and mission partners to define requirements and operational needs.Guide and mentor mid-level and junior MS&A engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices.Support strategic initiatives aligned with NGA and NSG objectives for the future of GEOINT.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or higher in:Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyEngineeringEngineering ManagementManagement Information SystemsMathematicsRelated STEM disciplineORFour (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeORTwo (2) additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degreeExperience12+ years of experience modeling large, complex:Systems of Systems (SoS)Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)Cloud-based, hybrid, or on-premises environmentsExperience developing and utilizing modeling and simulation tools in cloud environments.Clearance RequirementActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph.Desired QualificationsAdvanced EducationMaster's degree in:Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyEngineeringEngineering ManagementManagement Information SystemsMathematicsRelated STEM fieldTechnical ExpertiseWorking knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, and languages.Experience with Machine Learning concepts and applications.12+ years of Operations Research experience.Experience performing MS&A on solutions utilizing:Cloud-based technologiesStructured and unstructured Big DataAutomation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence (AAI) capabilitiesLeadershipDemonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.Experience leading complex analytical efforts supporting mission-critical systems.Why Mission Intelligence GroupAt Mission Intelligence Group, engineers are trusted to focus on mission outcomes, not bureaucracy.
