Compensation & Incentives

• Earn up to $35.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available
• Performance bonus potential of up to $12,000 annually, paid monthly

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Trailer Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing trailers to ensure safe and reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include:

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing trailer systems and components
• Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Using company technology and software to document repairs and manage work orders
• Following all safety procedures and compliance standards
• Providing professional service while supporting fleet uptime and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of trailer maintenance or repair experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment
• CDL preferred but not required
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
