Sales Assistant – Growth Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and competitive individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant.

This is not just a delivery or helper position. We are looking for someone who wants to learn sales, build customer relationships, take ownership, and grow into a larger role within our company.

Our Sales Assistants work alongside an experienced Store Manager in a fast-paced mobile retail environment. You will learn our customers, products, sales process, collections, merchandising, and the day-to-day operation of a successful sales route.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Help grow the number of customers we do business with each week
• Generate new sales opportunities and customer leads
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Merchandise and maintain an exciting, organized mobile showroom
• Help with deliveries, inventory, stocking, and daily truck operations
• Follow up with customers and assist with account collections
• Learn our sales process and develop the skills necessary to eventually manage a store
• Work alongside the Store Manager while developing your own customer relationships and sales results
• Bring energy, ideas, and a team-first attitude every day

Success in this position isn't measured by simply helping the Store Manager.

We want someone who can create additional value for the business.

That means developing new customers, creating sales opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, improving the customer experience, and helping the store reach customers and opportunities that one salesperson couldn't reach alone.

Compensation

Hourly/Base Pay + Performance-Based Commission
