Job Title: Mobile Technician
Work Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, potential for OT, some emergency on-call work
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent; trade school highly preferred
Job Description:
As a Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Candidate will create their own route and schedule based on work orders that come in
- Candidate will be working independently
- Truck and tools will be provided
- Candidate will be servicing dialysis clinics
- 15-20 in their area, up to 2 hour radius
Resource's typical working day:- Candidate will plan their day based on work orders
- Complete emergency work orders first
- HVAC and water heater PM's
- Check in with clinic managers if more work is needed
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Flooring repairs
- Painting/Patching
- General maintenance
- Assessing for safety hazards
Skills & Qualifications : Licenses/Certifications:- Journeyman's license - required
- Universal EPA 608 license - highly preferred
- Applicable HVAC certifications - preferred
- Driver's License - required
Must Have Skills:- 5-7 years experience with:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Flooring repairs
- Painting/Patching
- General maintenance
Nice to have skills:- Trade School - highly preferred
- NATE Certification
- Master Electrician License
Soft Skills:- Client and patient facing role, so high level of professionalism is required
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Software skills:- Basic computer skills
- Candidate will use a lap top and cell phone
