What You'll Do
 

• Repairing, replacing, installing, and assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses
• Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues and determining the appropriate solutions
• Fabricating hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications
• Responding to service calls and helping customers minimize equipment downtime
• Servicing customers in construction, manufacturing, equipment rental, industrial, and related industries
• Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory
• Provide professional, reliable customer service
• Building customer relationships and identifying additional service needs
• Participating in a rotating on-call and emergency service schedule, with additional incentive pay
• Managing daily service calls independently while maintaining safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Hydraulic hose experience is a plus, but it is NOT required. We're willing to train the right candidate who has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
 
Ideal candidates will have:
 

• Hands-on mechanical experience or a strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with automotive repair, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment, construction equipment, machinery, or similar mechanical systems
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• The ability and willingness to learn hydraulic systems and hose fabrication
• A practical, resourceful, “figure-it-out” approach to mechanical challenges
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently in a mobile service environment
