What You’ll Do
As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality service directly to customers while working independently throughout your day.
- Perform light maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, filters, and multi-point inspections
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify maintenance-related concerns
- Recommend needed services based on inspections
- Document repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Represent Angela Krause Ford professionally in the field
What You Bring
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Experience with maintenance and light repair work
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Desire to grow within the automotive industry
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
