Maguire’s Auto Family is growing, and we’re looking for Mobile Automotive Technicians to join our team!

We currently have an opening for a FULL-TIME Mobile Technician.

If you’re an experienced automotive technician who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and taking your skills outside the traditional shop environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Mobile Automotive Technician with Maguire’s Auto Family, you’ll bring professional automotive service directly to our customers at their home, workplace, or other convenient locations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Mobile Automotive Technician, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and light repair services at customer locations while delivering the professional service our customers expect from Maguire’s.

Services may include:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations
• Battery testing and replacement
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Wiper blade and filter replacement
• Fluid services
• Recall and campaign repairs when applicable
• Software updates and programming when applicable
• Light mechanical and electrical repairs
• Basic diagnostic services
• Other maintenance and repairs that can safely and efficiently be performed through Mobile Service

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for technicians who are dependable, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• PA State Inspection and Emissions Certifications are a plus
• Manufacturer or ASE certifications are a plus
• Experience with Ford vehicles is a plus, but not required
• Ability to properly document repairs and inspection findings
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the dealership team
• Professional appearance and attitude

Our Mobile Technicians are an extension of the dealership and have an opportunity to build relationships directly with our customers.

You’ll have the freedom of working outside a traditional service bay while still having the training, technology, equipment, and support of the Maguire’s Auto Family behind you.
