A well-established equipment organization is looking for an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join its service team.
This is primarily a field-based role, servicing compact construction equipment throughout the area. When field calls are lighter, you’ll work in the shop on available repairs.
What you'll be doing:
Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment
Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and component repairs
Travel to customer locations throughout the service territory
Document repairs and communicate additional service needs
Work directly with customers and provide professional service
Participate in ongoing technical training
What we're looking for:
5+ years of equipment service experience preferred
Experience with compact construction equipment strongly preferred
Strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical skills
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently
Comfortable working in the field and interacting with customers
Valid driver's license
Personal tools required
$35 - $40/hour based on experience
Higher rate may be considered for exceptional experience
