Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to provide dealership-quality service at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations.
This is a customer-facing position. You’ll work independently in the field while working directly with our Mobile Service Coordinator, who provides your daily route, scheduled appointments, and fleet service assignments.
What You’ll Do
- Follow the daily route and appointments provided by the Mobile Service Coordinator
- Travel to customer and fleet locations in a dealership-provided Mobile Service Van
- Perform maintenance, light repairs, recalls, and scheduled fleet services
- Provide professional, friendly service while interacting directly with customers
- Communicate with the Mobile Service Coordinator regarding delays, customer concerns, or additional service needs
- Accurately complete repair orders and service documentation
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts for daily appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Mobile Service Van
- Complete required Ford training and stay current with service information
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to follow a scheduled daily route and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical and diagnostic aptitude
- Comfortable using tablets and diagnostic equipment
- ASE/Ford certifications are a plus
