This role helps ensure mobile services are effectively deployed in alignment with established plans to improve access, utilization, and operational efficiency, with a focus on underserved and hard-to-reach populations. The Mobile Service Coordinator collaborates with community partners, Marketing, and Valley Health clinical and operational teams to support outreach efforts, coordinate logistics, and facilitate consistent service delivery in non-traditional care environments. This is a non-clinical role focused on operational coordination and support. Frequent travel to community-based service sites, including faith-based, employer, and educational locations, is required.

Site Engagement and Patient Scheduling Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for community partners to support outreach and patient scheduling activities
  • Coordinate site-level processes to support patient pre-registration and scheduling prior to service days
  • Monitor site readiness and scheduling outcomes; escalate issues and support improvements to reduce gaps in utilization and service delivery

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to support outreach, promotion, and patient engagement efforts
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to align schedules, staffing, and service logistics
  • Support communication and coordination to ensure mobile unit and clinical team readiness for scheduled services

  • Track and report on key operational metrics such as utilization, patient volume, and site activity
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share recommendations with leadership
  • Support reporting, operational planning, and readiness activities for the expansion of mobile medical services
