    A Day in This Role

    Your morning starts by reviewing your route on a company-issued tablet. You stock your service vehicle, head to a local customer site, and dive into hands-on work—troubleshooting a lift truck that won’t start, performing a safety inspection on an electric unit, or completing scheduled maintenance on a fleet. You close each visit by updating the work order, explaining your findings to the customer, and planning your next stop. Throughout the day, you work independently, think critically, and represent LiftOne with professionalism.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Diagnose and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment across power types: gas, diesel, LP, and electric
    • Complete preventative maintenance services and comprehensive safety checks
    • Record accurate notes, parts, and labor in the work order system and communicate clearly with customers
    • Care for your assigned service vehicle, tools, and on-hand parts inventory
    • Uphold LiftOne’s standards in every interaction—reliable, respectful, and customer-focused

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years in material handling or related experience (automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment)
    • Strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting
    • Comfort working independently in the field and traveling locally
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Customer-first attitude and positive, solutions-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with ServiceMax or similar maintenance/work order software preferred
    • Safety-first approach, following all company and customer protocols to protect people and equipment
