Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/R Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC/R Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various systems, including HVAC and refrigeration units.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
What's Needed?
Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform call-in work as required.
Strong technical knowledge of system design and applications in building systems.
