Experienced Diesel Technicians Wanted
We're seeking experienced Mobile Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a growing field service operation based in Phoenix, Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled diesel mechanic who enjoys working independently, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and providing high-quality service directly at customer locations.
You'll operate from a fully equipped, company-provided take-home service truck, servicing heavy-duty trucks throughout the Phoenix area and traveling across the Southwestern and Southern United States as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$50.00+ per hour, based on experience
- Hourly or Flat Rate compensation options
- Guaranteed minimum of 35 paid hours per week for Flat Rate technicians
- Fully equipped company take-home service truck
- Additional $2.00/hour road premium
- $185/day overnight travel per diem

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency roadside repairs.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and steering systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment systems.
- Utilize diagnostic software and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Maintain and properly organize an assigned company service truck.
- Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and repair documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent field service.
- Travel throughout the Phoenix region and surrounding states as required.
Qualifications
- Mid- to senior-level experience repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with major diesel engine and truck manufacturers preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service calls efficiently.
- Experience with electrical systems, diesel engines, and aftertreatment diagnostics.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be comfortable with regional and occasional overnight travel.
- Own tools preferred.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
