We are currently looking for a dependable second shift Mobile / Float Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will provide coverage and support at multiple locations throughout the greater Grand Rapids area.
This position is ideal for someone who likes a change of pace and is comfortable working at different sites as needed.

Full Time Position (40 hours per week):
- Monday through Friday: 8-hour shifts with start times scheduled between 4:00PM and 6:00PM and end times between approximately 12:30AM and 2:30AM.
Part-time position (Minimum of 20 guaranteed hours with opportunity to work up to 35 hours) :
- Monday through Friday: Flexible shifts starting between 4:00PM - 6:00PM and ending between 12:30AM - 2:30AM
Pay: $18.50/hr.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform custodial duties at multiple locations as assigned
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Restock supplies as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Communicate regularly with regional manager.
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and ability to travel between job sites during shift
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening (including THC)
- If required, ability to submit fingerprints for authorization to work in public schools
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a variety of environments including schools, offices, manufacturing, and medical settings.
- Ability to travel between assigned customer locations throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area, including sites up to one hour away as needed.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication and reliability
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
