What you'll do:
- Drive our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van directly to clients' homes across Barrington and the Northwest suburbs

- Handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and skill

- Ensure pets are handled safely and compassionately at all times

- Flexible Work Schedule
- Fully equipped Wag N Tails mobile grooming van
- Competitive Commission-based pay that rewards your skill and speed
- Keep 100% of your tips — no pooling, no splitting

- Independently work - leave the scheduling and support to our back office team
- Room to grow your skills, not just clock hours
- A genuinely drama-free team — you show up, do great work, and support each other
- Paid Time Off
- Tuition assistance, training and development opportunities
- Community culture and team events
- Your voice matters - employee driven culture with a team mindset
