Your Role & Impact

The Registered Dental Assistant Float is responsible for assisting the dentist and dental hygienist in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of all Dental departments as needed. The Registered Dental Assistant Float is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory. The Registered Dental Assistant Float will be required to work at all TrueCare dental locations including the Mobile Dental Clinic.


What We’re Looking For

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Graduate from a California Board-approved RDA education program.
•Minimum one year experience working as a Registered Dental Assistant in a high-volume dental practice.
•Current Basic LIfe Suppport( BLS) for Healthcare Providers from American Heart Association.
•Current CA RDA License (Coronal Polish/ XRay / Sealants / Pit & Fissure Sealants.
•Current CA Dental Practice Act and Infection Control Certificates.
•A current California 
•Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, materials and medications used during dental procedures.
•Knowledge of professional and ethical standards of health care delivery.
•Availability to work outside of normal shifts (e.g., 8am to 5pm) and on Saturdays.
•Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, and with electronic health record data entry.
• Bilingual English / Spanish

The pay range for this role is $29.99 to $43.48 on an hourly basis.
