Mobile Bar Event Operations Lead / Catering Captain

Mocktail Magic is a growing premium non-alcoholic and wellness mobile bar company seeking experienced Event Operations Leads to manage corporate and private events from preparation through completion.
Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, pack and transport event supplies
Load and unload mobile bars, panels, coolers, carts and equipment
Set up and break down event bars
Coordinate bartenders and event staff
Communicate professionally with clients and venues
Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and service quality
Return, clean, inventory and restock equipment after events
Requirements
Mobile bar, catering or off-premise event experience strongly preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving a minivan or cargo van
Able to lift and move approximately 40 50 lbs when required, with assistance for heavier items
Reliable transportation to the equipment hub
Broad availability, particularly weekdays, early mornings, evenings and weekends
Strong organization, leadership, reliability and hospitality skills
Compensation
$25/hour for training, preparation and operational tasks
$30 $35/hour for Event Lead assignments, based on experience and responsibilities
Flat event/day rates may be available
Approved tolls, parking and business expenses reimbursed
Growth opportunities and compensation reviews as responsibilities increase
Most events take place in NYC and surrounding areas. Equipment is currently based in Danbury, CT, with plans to relocate the hub near Harrison/New Rochelle, NY.
This is an on-call position with variable hours and no guaranteed weekly schedule. Training and a paid trial period are provided.
