Mobile Automotive Service Technician
We are seeking a Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will perform on-site vehicle diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes, businesses, or other locations. The ideal candidate is a skilled and experienced technician who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Electrical & electronics
- Brakes & suspension
- Steering & drivability
- HVAC & cooling systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with the Service Advisor to update customers about additional service needs and estimated repair times
- Must be able to perform video multi-point inspections and present them to the Service Advisor and/or customer
- Maintain accurate records of service and warranty repairs per manufacturer standards
- Ensure the service vehicle is stocked, maintained, and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to adapt to new technology & repair procedures
- Maintain a professional and organized service vehicle
