You wake up, check your schedule, and roll out to a customer site with your service truck stocked and ready. By mid-morning, you’re diagnosing an electrical issue on a mobile bucket truck; after lunch, you’re updating hydraulic components and validating controls. What you’ll tackle

• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site repairs, updates, and troubleshooting on mobile bucket trucks—exercising strong independent judgment.
• Execute scheduled maintenance assigned by your regional manager and keep commitments on time.
• Self-manage your workflow: complete a task, document it, and seamlessly transition to the next.
• Clearly communicate mechanical findings and repair needs to regional managers.
• Own daily service records: estimates, work order approvals, parts ordering and tracking, labor capture, and inventory documentation.

Where and how you’ll work

This is a field-based role with extensive travel. You’ll support customers across the U.S., with up to 80% travel concentrated Monday through Friday along the eastern seaboard.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience or training; background with bucket trucks is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and solves problems resourcefully.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Pay, benefits, and growth

• Hourly range: $28.00–$32.00, depending on experience.
