MNF General Laborer Light

Job Summary:

The General Laborer (Light) will perform a variety of tasks to support production operations at the Medina Converting facility. Responsibilities include handling materials, assisting machine operators, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general production duties, including loading/unloading materials.

• Operate basic equipment and tools under supervision.

• Perform light assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles.

• Support machine operators with material handling and setup.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.

• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.
