Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description
This role provides advanced clinical laboratory testing in an oncology-focused environment, supporting accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions for patients facing complex health challenges. You will perform a broad range of Chemistry, Hematology and Immunology testing, manage specimen processing and send-out orders, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, and uphold rigorous quality control and documentation standards. This position offers meaningful work, unique oncology lab experience, and a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or night shifts.

Work Environment
This position is based in an oncology-focused clinical laboratory environment, providing meaningful work that directly supports patients during a challenging time in their lives. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. There are no weekend or night shifts. You will use standard clinical laboratory analyzers and equipment for Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology and microscopy, and follow established safety protocols and quality standards. The environment is professional, team-oriented and patient-centered, with opportunities to gain specialized oncology lab experience that is not typically available in general laboratory settings. Attire is consistent with clinical laboratory norms, including appropriate professional clothing and adherence to safety and protective equipment requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
