Job Title: Master Control OperatorJob at a Glance: This role involves running live Major League Baseball (MLB) games, ensuring smooth live switching and broadcast operations.
Location: 4100 East Dry Creek Road Centennial Colorado 80122
Work Schedule: 36 hours / week, split into 6 hour shifts over 6 days
Pay Rate: $27/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: 6-month contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:- Oversee live broadcast operations, including switching live events to and from air.
- Manage master control functions during live broadcasts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and transmission issues, escalating to broadcast engineering as needed.
- Coordinate and execute live event workflows from remote global locations.
- Ensure successful on-air delivery of live event channels for major client broadcasts.
- Conclude events and verify proper shutdown procedures post-broadcast.
- Maintain communication with engineering teams for issue resolution and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with a team of 19 operators to ensure adequate coverage for all scheduled events.
Required Skills:- Previous sports or other live broadcast QA experience
