Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms using Vertex and Java Full Stack skills. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our AI capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Document processes, model architectures, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in AI/ML Engineering, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
