Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Mkt Manager Revenue Cycle CDI, you will provide expert oversight to our regional clinical documentation teams, ensuring full accountability for performance and compliance with regulatory standards. You will serve as a strategic partner to the CSH leadership team, acting as a vital liaison between physicians, coding departments, and clinical quality stakeholders to ensure the highest level of integrity and accuracy within inpatient medical records. Your primary focus will be driving enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through robust strategic planning and the execution of comprehensive revenue cycle documentation improvement initiatives.
Every day you will analyze complex data sets to generate monthly performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to executive leadership regarding CDI outcomes. You will manage the daily workflow of the CDI team, overseeing initial and follow-up reviews, ensuring the generation of compliant queries, and upholding the ethical coding standards established by AHIMA, AAPC, and ACDIS. Furthermore, you will facilitate education for new providers, participate in cross-functional patient care committees, and assist in the development of high-level steering committee presentations to advance the organization's revenue cycle and clinical documentation goals.

You must possess strong oral communication skills, with the professional presence required to deliver impactful presentations to large groups, including medical staff and hospital executives.
