Mixing Operator

Start your new career as a Mixing Operator with MAU in Conyers, GA. As a Mixing Operator, you will produce high-quality products by operating mixing, blending, and packaging equipment while ensuring accurate production records and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes.

What We Offer:

• Pay ranging from $19.00-$19.75 per hour
• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
• Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
• Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM
• 8-hour shifts
• PPE provided

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and understand English
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to accurately document production and material usage
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

What Youll Do as a Mixing Operator:

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines to meet production goals
• Accurately record material usage manually and within computer systems
• Use computer systems to track production activity and performance
• Work closely with team members to support production and cross-functional tasks
• Follow established production processes and safety procedures
• Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment
