Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and consistency matter? We're seeking a Mixing/Blending Technician to join our production team. In this critical role, you'll be part of a small team responsible for accurately measuring, blending, and preparing ingredients according to established formulas while ensuring food safety, quality, and production standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to product formulas and production schedules.
• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials to ensure batch consistency.
• Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality specifications.
• Complete required production documentation and batch records.
• Conduct equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning procedures.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, food production, mixing, batching, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow detailed formulas, recipes, and written instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
